Complete Treatment Process

1. Homogenizing Collecting Tank

Collect all types of wastewater from oxidation lines to balance water volume and pH value, avoiding instantaneous acid-base impact. The tank body adopts anti-corrosion PP material, resistant to long-term strong acid and alkali immersion without leakage.

2. Automatic Chemical Dosing & Reaction System

Equipped with automatic dosing unit to accurately add reducing agent, caustic soda and PAM flocculant for intelligent pH adjustment. It rapidly flocculates and precipitates aluminum ions, tin/nickel heavy metals and suspended substances, eliminating white turbid effluent caused by aluminum colloid. Online monitoring instruments track water quality indicators in real time.

3. Double-Stage Flocculation & Sedimentation Unit

Multi-layer graded sedimentation greatly improves pollutant removal efficiency, with clear supernatant liquid for stable heavy metal and aluminum ion removal.

4. Filter Press for Solid-Liquid Separation

Sludge from sedimentation is automatically transported to filter press for dehydration. Dry sludge can be transported outside for compliant disposal to reduce floor space and secondary pollution. Filtrate flows back for secondary purification without water waste.

5. Optional Deep Recycling Module

Can be matched with RO pure water recycling equipment and aluminum ion recovery device. Treated clean water can be reused for workpiece rinsing and tank cooling to cut tap water consumption and realize water resource recycling.
